Also, by creating sustainable health habits, these trainings reduce medical costs at the macro level and improve community health indicators. In addition, the role of teachers and parents in promoting health concepts and the impact of modern educational methods, such as educational games and digital technologies, on sustainable learning of health skills have been examined. The results show that schools, as influential institutions in educating the next generation, should benefit from comprehensive and efficient programs for personal health education. It is suggested that educational policymakers, by developing and implementing new strategies, pay more attention to teaching health skills in order to increase students' health and form a healthier and more dynamic society.
